Hope Counseling Center's

Substance Abuse Program

Our Mission

The mission of the Circle of Hope Program is to offer a welcoming, accessible, integrated, culturally sensitive, continuous, and comprehensive system of care for clients. The program is to be self-evaluative in nature, and flexible enough to adapt as changes or specific needs occur.

Our Program

The Circle of Hope program is designed for those who require treatment related to alcohol and drug use. It provides individualized, effective and holistic services in a step-down process including Level II, Level I and continuing aftercare. In order to be effective, we believe that all aspects of a person must be brought into the healing process. Therefore, we offer services that address body, mind and soul. This is in accordance with best practice models in which mental health, substance counseling, and physical treatment are combined. Individuals enter the Circle of Hope program at whatever level is appropriate to their initial need.

Hope Counseling Center is able to bill most private insurances for all the above services.

Pre-authorization must first be obtained before services can be rendered to those with TriCare insurance. We can also bill TriWest but pre-authorization must be obtained first.

At this time we are unable to bill Medicare/Medicaid.

Before you begin treatment you will be required to bring in your insurance information and coverage will need to be verified. The co-pay portion must be paid in full before treatment begins.

If you do not have insurance the entire program cost will need to be paid before treatment begins.
